I’m a true Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia State University awarded a

business degree in 1989. For a decade following graduation I did just enough

to earn a decent living and fund a hopeful career in music as a rock n’ roll

writer and performer. At 30, it was obvious I was underachieving as a whole,

music not a path to wealth or significance and a dramatic shift in focus was

required. Real estate sales and marketing became my passionate focus and

everything changed for the better.

Thanks in part to early success and recognition as a top performer and

leader in the real estate community, I was given the opportunity to open 3

locations and acquire and manage 5 more locations for Keller Williams

Realty over the span of 20 years. Of late, our group of offices affectionately

called The Heart of Atlanta Group, has averaged well over 10,000 homes

sold annually exceeding $3 billion in sales volume. This success placed us in

the top 50 real estate office groups nationwide for all brands for many years

running.

My passion for building businesses and leading organizations is only

trumped by my desire to teach and inspire others. This led me to writing and

sharing my life and business experiences in the book “Stop Settling – Finding

Clear Directions for a Regret Free Life.” The greatest success I know is to

impact another human’s life in a positive, purposeful and permanent way

and I live for the opportunity to do just that.

When I’m not busy taking the real estate world by storm consulting,

teaching and coaching, I still play guitar in a great rock band, and love having

adventures with my wife Pauline and our four adult sons Cory, Alex, Tyler

and Luke. I spend my time traveling, snowboarding, wakeboarding and

scuba diving.

I also am involved and support numerous organizations that support at risk

kids and teens. My hope is to support and help others see more in

themselves strategically and by design, leading to a more rewarding and

fulfilling life – one with fewer regrets along the way.
